Where I have been responsible for building site enhancing features to enhance the customer experience.

As a Product Owner I can add day-to-day value by:
- Getting the best out of the scrum team by daily collaboration and motivation whilst involving them in every step of the journey
- Backlog management and prioritize new features, bug fixes and roadmap epics depending on business values.
- Product discovery, research and specify new features, enhancements and valuable opportunities that improve the user flow and UX.
- Stakeholder management by liasing with multiple departments on business requirements and challenge them.
Experienced with the SCRUM methodology and an agile way of working.
Experienced in JIRA, Confluence and Asana – for day-to-day collaboration on managing the backlog whilst Miro is being used for product discovery.
Also familiarized with the OKR approach for defining yearly, quarterly and sprint objectives – with key results to be measured by multiple metrics.
