Hi, I am Benjamin an E-commerce Expert with +10 years of digital experience.
Even though I describe myself as an expert – there is still a lot to learn.
I would not act as if I know it all… But over the course of my career I have gained quite a lot of knowledge within the E-commerce landscape in the fields of
CRM, Loyalty, CS, CMS, NPS, SEO, CRO, SCRUM and CX.
I mainly worked at internationally known lifestyle organizations and have been involved in multiple projects – all to serve the purpose of offering a better experience to the customer. Check my resume.

I am a detail-oriented individual with a friendly attitude. I have a very organized and bulletproof way-of-working which will be applied to all of my project involvements.
I keep calm under all circumstances – yes – even during Black Friday…
I am able to easily adjust my tone-of-voice depending on the audience – whether it’s the business, senior leadership, development teams or stakeholders.
What defines me the most is of course my Ecom eXPerience – but most importantly-
just a chill and relaxed guy to work with whom follows up on promised actions.

In my +10 years of experience I have experienced many projects with all different levels of complexity. This varies from – CMS Migrations, country roll-outs, localizations, integrations, web feature developments, Black Friday madness, E-mail flows, 3rd party-tool onboardings, company-wide project coordination ..and the list goes on and on…
I am confidence in my ability to adapt to the circumstances, that whatever challenge is put in front of me – will be handled professionally.
All my project involvements will be fully documented so that you can benefit from my inputs for a lifetime. This can be done by f.e. handover documentation, tutorials OR an overview of highlights and achievements. This so that new hires will always have the ability to reflect on what has happened!
